For weeks I've been encouraging you to shop local for those on your gift-giving list. WHY? Because it matters. The local ownership of vibrant businesses up, down and all around Main Street Vergennes are a gift in and of themselves. So many great offerings are packed into less than 2 square miles. And our downtown? Well, we don't call ourselves the Little City with the Big Heart for nothin'!
