Our one-year cheddar took home a blue ribbon at the annual American Cheese Society (ACS) Conference! It was a great year for Vermont cheese overall, with nine Vermont cheesemakers awarded 49 ribbons. Congrats to our cheese and dairy teams and the Vermont cheesemaking community.
