As Director of Global Portfolio Analytics at Manulife, Abirami develops analytic solutions that drive data-informed decision-making across global investment teams. With a background in technology consulting and business analysis, she combines technical expertise with investment insight to deliver scalable, data-centric innovation.

Through VersaFi’s Emerging Leaders program, Abirami says she has gained practical tools to strengthen her leadership voice and enhance her stakeholder engagement skills. She describes the experience as transformative; providing the structure, coaching, and peer learning that helped her lead with greater purpose and confidence.
