We hope this email finds you well... you are receiving it because you have had a child in our program before, or you have expressed interest in receiving information about it.

Feel free to pass it along to others that would like more info & let them know to send us their email to be included when registration opens to all.

Visit our website for details, and a look at info from last year --->

SCHEDULE & TIMES

Attached is our schedule so that you can check on dates and times. You will note there are some weeks with both a morning and an afternoon session, but they are different levels of camp. Mornings will begin at 8:30am, with drop-off beginning at 8:20am and pick-up at 12pm. Afternoons will begin at 1:30pm, with drop-off beginning at 1:20pm and pick-up at 5pm.

Open Registration

All interested families will receive a special email on February 9th that will have the link for them, and then we will post it and share it on our website. Some offerings fill up very fast, so we can not guarantee a spot.

We ask this year that campers limit themselves to 1 session of regular camp and 1 session of Wildlife Camp in their initial registration

(Also please note that the sessions that are labeled "Advanced" are only for those campers that have already completed a summer before OF THAT SAME LEVEL.)

We are looking forward to a great Spring & Summer with you all at Waxhaw Animal Hospital!

Sincerely,

Jason Burtis,

Vet Camp Director

P.S. If you are a returning family, you will receive the email with the links to register beginning this SUNDAY, Feb 2. The email will send at 7am, and registration will open at 8am.

About Wildlife Camp

Last year, we ran a pilot program to benefit Carolinas Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. We work closely with them at Waxhaw Animal Hospital to provide critical care for wildlife with injuries and other issues. This is a great advanced opportunity for more mature students from 5th grade through 12th grade to get hands-on experience caring for our wildlife. The registration will be linked to a separate Jumbula portal to register for one of these camps, and then the check for the fee should be sent by mail, or delivered in person to Waxhaw Animal Hospital.
