December - February – Onsite Veteran-focused social workers at Howard County Library Systems Central and Savage branches. Veterans are welcome to drop in to meet with a social worker from Baltimore Veterans Administration Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC). No appointment needed. They will be onsite twice a month starting in October, Mondays at Central, and last Thursdays at Savage. View the schedule.
