Maintenance technician: Someone with facilities (warehouse) experience, wrench turning, preventive maintenance, electrical, conveyors. Someone with construction background would be great.
Maintenance Lead: Same as the techs but more leadership experience in his background.
Diesel Mechanic:Someone who has done tear downs, pm's and can fix heavy equipment. CDL A license a plus but not required.
Fabricators: Construction background, drywall installation, plumbing, HVAC, ability to read a tape measure and math skills.
Assembly:Someone who likes to tinker. Making and putting together small parts. Can read a tape measure. Attention to detail.
