I hope this email finds you well as our office is closed today, Monday, November 11th for Veterans Day .

Events honoring our Military Veterans will take place across the city, including right here in our district at the Carroll Park War Memorial at 11:00 AM . On a more mundane note, please remember that, NYC Public Schools are closed and that Alternate Side Parking & DSNY pickup is suspended .

While tomorrow, Tuesday, November 12th, The Brooklyn Bus Redesign Open House will take place at the Park Slope Librar y from 6 until 8 pm ( B71 Rally at 5 pm ) and, beginning at 7 pm, the   76th Precinct hosts a  “Build the Block”  meeting at Damico’s . Alternate Side Parking Regulations will be in effect, and DSNY pick up will return, and NYC public schools are back in session.

Lastly, don’t forget that our November General Board Meeting is on Wednesday, November 13, at M.S 51 and begins at 6:30 PM.
