2023 All Souls' Day Mass and Event Attended by Large Number

Once again, Mother Nature blessed Our Lady with clear blue skies and a pleasant FALL temperature on All Souls' Day. Over 500 people came to the cemetery to receive the blessings by priest and deacons and to spread wildflower seeds on their loved one's burial space.

Attendees had the opportunity to enjoy the colors of fall as they walked the grounds and admired the many "mini gardens" carefully manicured and maintained by the families and friends of the souls sleeping in their final resting place on earth.

Our Lady is extremely grateful to the priest and deacons who volunteered their time to visit and bless the families attending the cemetery event: Fr. Peter Davids, Fr. Charles McMillin, Deacon David Ochoa, and Deacon Vern Dawson.

A special thank you is extended to the Honor Society students from St. Helen Catholic School who handed out programs and wildflower seed packets prior to the Mass at St. Helen Catholic Church. Appreciation is also extended to Virginia Pargmann who makes the delicious Soul Cakes served at the event.
