The maintenance days for Victoria Park are as follows:

The guest policy for amenity use (2 guests per Resident ID) applies to all amenities, including the tennis and pickleball courts.
All Resident ID cards are required to have resident photos and may not be shared with family members. Tenants’ amenity cards expire with lease, please make sure your lease information is updated from the owner and with the HOA office. Replacement, damaged and new family member cards may be purchased for $7.50 at the HOA office.

VP ARC Committee meets every 3rd Monday of the month at 6:00 P.M. at the Community Management office. All submissions are to be turned in at the Community Management office no later than the 2nd Monday of the month.
VG ARC Committee meets every 3rd Thursday of the month at 3:00 P.M. at the Gardens Clubhouse craft room. All submissions are to be turned in at the Community Management office no later than the 2nd Thursday of the month.
Please check your irrigation clocks to ensure you are only watering your lawn on your allotted days and times.
Exterior lights must be white in color only. Evening inspections will be conducted to ensure this rule is enforced.
Garbage & Recycle Containers
Garbage and Recycle containers should not be placed on the curb before 5:00 p.m. the day prior to pick up and should be removed by 11:00 p.m. the day of pickup.
