SPECTRUM LETTER:
Dear Residents,
We are writing to inform you that Victoria Park has signed a new agreement with Spectrum to provide the following services, effective January 4, 2020. We are excited to announce that we have made significant upgrades to the package, bringing more savings to you through your HOA assessments and personal bill. CLICK HERE to read more.

2020 BUDGET AND ASSESSMENT COUPONS:
As Evergreen continues to grow and looks for ways to improve we have opted to change software companies in 2020. This delayed printing of the assessment coupons for January but they are now in the process of being mailed. You are also now able to log into the website to make your payment. If you did not receive an email with log in instructions please visit www.myvictoriapark.com and click "Make a Payment" then click "Sign Up" for your log in instructions. If you have any questions please contact Evergreen Customer Care at 1-877-221-6919.

Victoria Gardens- $1,175.76
Victoria Gardens Villas- $1,412.76
V. P. Homeowners Association- $464.84
V. P. Homeowners Association HOA Provided Landscape- $828.88
V. P. Townhomes- $1,195.51 
Victoria Oaks- $480.00

POLICY:
The guest policy for amenity use (2 guests per Resident ID) applies to all amenities, including the tennis and pickleball courts. All Resident ID cards are required to have resident photos and may not be shared with family members. Tenants’ amenity cards expire with lease, please make sure your lease information is updated from the owner and with the HOA office. Replacement, damaged and new family member cards may be purchased for $7.50 at the HOA office.

ARC INFORMATION
VP ARC Committee meets every 3rd Monday of the month at 6:00 P.M. at the Community Management office. All submissions are to be turned in at the Community Management office no later than the 2nd Monday of the month. Due to President's Day, VP ARC will meet February 18th at 6:00 P.M.

VG ARC Committee meets every 3rd Thursday of the month at 3:00 P.M. at the Gardens Clubhouse craft room. All submissions are to be turned in at the Community Management office no later than the 2nd Thursday of the month.

Once your application is submitted back to the HOA from the Developer for approval the HOA has 5 business days to contact the homeowner with the status of your ARC application.

Please remember to include a copy of your survey notating where the changes are being made. Requests submitted without the survey may be disapproved due to lack of documentation.
COVENANT REMINDERS
PET REMINDERS
Please be advised that continuous barking is considered a noise nuisance which prevents quiet enjoyment, comfort or serenity in the community. Notices will be issued to homeowners for non-compliance. Dogs and Cats must be on a leash when outside of the home. No animal is permitted to roam around the community without their owners. You must clean up after your pets when walking throughout the community and on your lots. 
STREET PARKING
Reminder- Residents are required to park in the driveway or garage of your home per your association’s governing documents. Street parking should only be utilized by guests if there is no room in your driveway.  We will be enforcing this and conducting evening and weekend inspections.   
IRRIGATION
The maintenance days for Victoria Park are as follows:
Every Wednesday from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
The 1 st & 3 rd Saturdays of the month from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
