COVID-19 INFORMAITON:

Effective March 17th, the Victoria Gardens Clubhouse and the amenity centers in Victoria Trails and Victoria Commons are closed until further notice. The Grand Opening of Victoria Oaks Amenity has also been postponed. At this time the Community Management Office will remain open to assist you during this time. Any changes to the information below will be sent via email as soon as it is available.

We hope everyone stays safe and healthy during this time. 
We will continue to monitor the situation and any changes to the above will be communicated via email to the residents.

BLUE LAKE & 472 EXTENSION:
The meeting scheduled for Saturday, March 21st has been postponed.

BOARD MEETINGS:
V.P. HOA and Victoria Gardens March Board Meetings have been cancelled.

UPCOMING PROJECTS:
The Commons Pool water features will be repainted in the upcoming weeks and the new pool shades will be installed in April. This should conclude our "face lift" of the Commons Amenity center!

The Commons Playground will be replaced in the 2nd quarter of the year. Additional information will be sent as we have the dates finalized.

POLICY:
The guest policy for amenity use (2 guests per Resident ID) applies to all amenities, including the tennis and pickleball courts. All Resident ID cards are required to have resident photos and may not be shared with family members. Tenants’ amenity cards expire with lease, please make sure your lease information is updated from the owner and with the HOA office. Replacement, damaged and new family member cards may be purchased for $7.50 at the HOA office.

ARC INFORMATION:
VP ARC Committee meets every 3rd Monday of the month at 6:00 P.M. at the Community Management office. All submissions are to be turned in at the Community Management office no later than the 2nd Monday of the month .

VG ARC Committee meets every 3rd Thursday of the month at 3:00 P.M. at the Gardens Clubhouse craft room. All submissions are to be turned in at the Community Management office no later than the 2nd Thursday of the month.

Once your application is submitted back to the HOA from the Developer for approval the HOA has 5 business days to contact the homeowner with the status of your ARC application.

Please remember to include a copy of your survey notating where the changes are being made. Requests submitted without the survey may be disapproved due to lack of documentation.
COVENANT REMINDERS:
LEAVES & GRASS
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain their lot. Please understand that leaf litter poses a serious hazard when it accumulates in storm drains and gutters. The storm drains are designed to allow water to quickly drain away after a heavy rainfall, but if they become blocked or clogged, serious flooding issues can occur. Please collect and store the leaves and grass clipping in bags to be collected on yard waste pickup day. Proper disposal will keep our waters clear and help prevent flooding. Do not blow your leaves into the street. Violations will be issued to homeowners for non-compliance.
IRRIGATION VIOLATIONS
Please check your irrigation clocks to ensure you are only watering your lawn on your allotted days and times. Irrigation Maintenance days are every Wednesday and the 1 st and 3 rd Saturdays of each month from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00
p.m. You should only have your water on during a maintenance time if you are actively performing maintenance to your system. Violations will be issued to those homes abusing the maintenance days. 
The maintenance days for Victoria Park are as follows:
Every Wednesday from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
The 1 st & 3 rd Saturdays of the month from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
VEHICLES & PARKING
No vehicle may be left upon any portion of the Community except in a garage, driveway, or other area the Board designates. Please park in your garage or driveway. Violations will be issued to homeowners for non-compliance. Overnight parking may receive citations from the DeLand Police Department. 
WEEKEND & EVENING INSPECTIONS
Inspections will be conducted on weekends and evenings to ensure that the HOA governing documents are adhered to.
