Towels are needed for local animal shelters & the Volusia Pet Vet Cruiser. Please donate used towels for animal care post surgery and for comfort in kennels. Drop off locations are the Community Management Office and the Victoria Trails Amenity Center.

Friendly Reminder: Neighborhood Watch

This holiday season please make sure we pay extra attention and help keep an eye out for package delivery and decoration thefts. In addition, several instances of people checking for unlocked car doors and petty theft have been reported to our office. I'd like to remind everyone how important it is to always lock your car doors and keep valuables out of sight. Although Victoria Park is a safe place to live it is always a good idea for neighbors to keep an eye out for suspicious activity. Reports of suspicious activity should immediately be reported to the police by dialing 911 for emergencies or 386-626-7400 for non-emergencies. On Street Parking Guidelines: Friendly Reminders
|
|
The City of DeLand and the Victoria Park Community Management team look to the residents of Victoria Park to observe and comply with all parking laws. Please click HERE to view the On Street Parking Guidelines. In addition, we would like to request compliance from all residents of Victoria Park pertaining to our parking rules. Vehicles should be parked in the garage or driveway at all times when possible. Overnight parking in the streets is prohibited. Parking which blocks the sidewalk is prohibited as it forces pedestrian traffic into the street which creates a safety hazard. Boat, trailer and commercial vehicle parking is not allowed anywhere in the community other than your enclosed garage. Effective immediately the roving patrol service will begin issuing "Friendly Reminders".

Pet owners are required to keep their animal under restraint and control at all times. Please call Animal Control at (386) 736-5999 to report any animal related incidents or concerns. In addition, we request that you also report any incidents to the Victoria Park Community Management Office at (386) 738-2112 so that we can properly document the issue.
