“Visions of Christmas and

Life in America”

with Shea and Scott Jezek

Wednesday, December 3rd at 7:00 PM

Kick off the holiday season with this fascinating presentation! East Haddam residents Shea and Scott Jezek have amassed a vintage Christmas postcard collection that began 20 years ago in an antique shop in Vermont. Those first 4 cards evolved into a large collection of antique Santa Claus postcards.

The vintage artwork is spectacular and will be highlighted on our large screen. The presentation will describe the early 20th-century vision of Christmas and life in America. The cards reflect changes in American history throughout the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The postcard pictured here is from their collection.
