This month, we embrace the character trait of gratefulness at Victory Christian Center School. Gratefulness is a quality that allows us to recognize the goodness around us and appreciate the blessings we've been given. As Psalm 107:1 beautifully reminds us, "Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, and His faithful love endures forever." In cultivating a spirit of gratitude, we learn to acknowledge the kindness of others, value the little moments, and express heartfelt appreciation for all the goodness in our lives. Let's embody this virtue, counting our blessings and spreading kindness, for a grateful heart fosters joy and strengthens our connection with each other and with our heavenly father.

We are excited about the opportunity to continue our Food Drive through the end of the year! Feel free to send your non-perishable food donations in with your student, and we will help them get it to the right place!

Tuesday, November 28, 2023, our students and parents volunteered at Operation Christmas Child. The day was filled with joy and excitement, as students representing Kindergarten through 12th grade, along with some of their parents inspected, packed, and sealed boxes for girls and boys ages 2 to 14 years old. The boxes VCCS assisted with are traveling all the way to Peru and Honduras. The group had the opportunity to pause and pray over the boxes and watch videos of children receiving their individual boxes. One of their current workers thanked VCCS for coming and assisting and informed the group of how she was from Israel and she too, received a box as a child and would never forget it! VCCS is and will continue impacting the world for the Kingdom of God!!!

Congratulations to all of the Kings Basketball Teams. Both Middle School teams opened their 2023-24 season with victories in the Middle School Classic. The Varsity Girls defeated Legion Collegiate in the Diamond Classic held at United Faith on Saturday. Way to Go Kings! To God be the Glory!!!

Christmas trees, ornaments, presents, snowflakes, snowmen, etc. are acceptable. Please reference the VCCS Dress Code Guidelines below for other restrictions.



Participation is optional. Students who are not participating should wear the VCCS school uniform.
