Victory in India - Over 775 Baptized!
God is so good! We are so very thankful to God for the souls that decided for baptism on this trip. This mission trip to Kolkuta, India will go down as one of the most memorable and challenging mission trips so far. Nonetheless, it was a great, life-changing blessing! We all learned many valuable lessons on this trip. I will not here dwell upon the challenges and lessons from this trip. However, I would like to thank God especially for His grace and Pastor Ron Goss of Project Restore for sponsoring this trip. I would also like to thank Pastor Ron Watts of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists for his support to the people of India. And finally, I would like to thank Haige Velasco, Pastors David Vikas, Nirmal Manna, Dr. Sanchia, and the twenty-five (25) bible workers and volunteers in Kolkuta, India for their hard work and dedication to the success of this mission trip. This mission trip was indeed a group effort. Every person was vital to its success. India BaptismIndia BaptismIndia-Baptism

A Group Dedicated to Finish the Work

We had a group of about 25 bible workers and volunteers working in two different sites preparing the people for baptism. I made a call every night to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and center of their life and worship. Many would signify acceptance by raising their hands. Finally, on the last night at each location I made a general call for baptism and full surrender to Christ. A total of 775 people were baptized. In spite of the great challenges and barriers within their life and culture, we believe God's mercy and love has been recognized and accepted among many of these humble, sincere people. Let us continue to pray that God's grace and abundant blessings might richly fortify and seal every decision for eternity.

Follow-up Evangelism Plan

Several of the newly baptized candidates have offered to donate their property for the construction of two church/schools. In order for our BBM team to build the schools we need $15,000. We have the workers and access to all the material for this project, but as of today we do not have the budget. Each church/school will cost $7,500 in labor and material. Without the proper nurturing and support in each area we fear we will lose the newly baptized candidates.

Also, we are planning a follow-up trip in January 2012 and we need more skilled people to go with us on the next trip. If you know how to cook vegetarian meals for groups of 10 or more. If you have medical, dental, teaching, or technical skills please click on the link and fill out the form so we can put you on the list for our next trip. God is calling for a full surrender of our time, talents, and fiancial resources. Help us now by making a committment to this mission project.

Feeding Ministry Brings Many Smiles
India Feeding

March 20, 2011

On the last Sunday after our baptisms in India, we had five volunteers and five bible workers working together to cook the food and serve it to as many as 1000 people at each site. What a blessing! It put a BIG smile on the face of every man, women and child to receive this unexpected gift of love. The women and children were organized on one side, while the men were organized on the other. All sat down and received a plate of food. I'm sure you can tell from the pictures that everyone was very happy. This ministry is an object lesson of the great blessing in store for those who are faithful to Jesus.

Just as this feeding ministry brought many happy faces to the people of Sundarban, so will the great marriage supper in heaven bring many happy faces to the people of God. "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away" Revelation 21:4. Let us all keep this vision in view as we approach the consummation of our hope in these final hours of earth's history. Amen!

Country Outpost Tour & Workshop

June 30 - July 4, 2011

"There is not one family in a hundred who will be improved physically, mentally, or spiritually, by residing in the city. Faith, hope, love, happiness, can far better be gained in retired places, where there are fields and hills and trees. Take your children away from the sights and sounds of the city, away from the rattle and din of streetcars and teams, and their minds will become more healthy. It will be found easier to bring home to their hearts the truth of the Word of God." Country Living p. 14

Join our group on June 30-July 4, 2011 as we tour many different properties that are available and set-up for country living. Join tour guides Bert Leverett & Randy Hess as we tour several different beautiful country properties with lots of trees and a year-round creek available for sale. Visit families who currently live in the country for hands on training in gardening,  canning, setting up and maintaining alternative energy, and much more. You will be able to harvest and buy fresh sweet apples, peaches, and rassberries. This trip will be educational and spiritual. Learn everything you need to know in order to make an intelligent decision about moving to the country.
