has graciously offered to teach the theology of conversion of George Whitefield in a video class format every Thursday for 6 weeks beginning Thursday, April 13, from 4:00 - 5:00 PM EST (4:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST each week).
The book is technical and specific about the theology of each man meaning the book gives you an exact understanding of what each was attempting to do in their ministry.
These six weeks cover Whitefield. Here are the class titles:
These are the topics each week:
- Apr 13: Intro & Conversion: Turning “to” and “from"
- Apr 20: Preceding conversion: convinced, convicted, awakened
- Apr 27: Instantaneous conversion
- May 4: Continued evidence of conversion
- May 11: Conversion: baptism, assurance, and decrees of God
- May 18: Practical considerations: delivery and Whitefield sermon analysis
