Last week, Senators Frank R. Lautenberg and Kirsten E. Gillibrand introduced a bill called  
the Safe Chemicals Act of 2013, which would require the chemical industry to prove  
that a chemical is safe BEFORE it enters the marketplace.  Click here to learn more.
