Let us be thankful for...what we have,
for whom we love, and who we are.

On this Thanksgiving Day across the nation and globe there are people you can give thanks.  For those of you reading this short reflection you may give thanks for not being one of the many who was inflicted with COVID. The virus has reminded us to never take things lightly or for granted even in the simplest of matters.

Meister Eckhardt said: “If the only prayer you ever said in your entire life is thank you, that would suffice.”  Even amid hard times, giving thanks to God is appropriate.  Let it be your prayer today!

Happy Thanksgiving!

The journey continues…with gratitude and generosity.

Blessings,

Fr. Mark
