Tri-Rivers Baptist Area Welcome Pastor Mark Rich and his family as he comes to serve FBC Gatesville as senior pastor.
Pastor Mark served as a youth pastor before being called to First Baptist Church Gatesville as Senior Pastor. He is pursuing a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY. Mark's wife, Christi, is a certified Church Administrator and is homeschooling their son, Drew. Mark enjoys hunting, camping, and hiking with his family. He can also be seen grabbing a cup of coffee, as well as having conversations with friends, both old and new. He is passionate about growing God's kingdom by helping individuals understand the love and grace that God has for their lives and the fact that we don't need to be perfect to receive this gift.

Specialty Trainings: All participants must have first taken the orientation class.
Food Handling Training
A warm meal warms the soul after a disaster. You can provide that critical meal through TBM feeding teams.
Fire and Flood Recovery Training
Fires and floods can ruin everything a person owns in a few short hours. Learn how you can deliver help, hope and healing after these disasters.
Box Unit Training
When people lose everything in a disaster, they will begin the painful process of trying to salvage their items. Through TBM box ministry, you can walk alongside them in that process.
Shower/Laundry Training

Donation of Church Building
First Baptist Church of Dublin, Texas acquired an old First Christian Church many years ago and it is/was scheduled for demolition to make room for the expansion of our preschool play yard and future play ground equipment. They recently found out the church was rebuilt in 1958 using some of the salvaged lumber, hardware and stained glass from the original church back in 1889. Wanting to preserve its history and save it from demolition, they are seeking to donated it to be moved at the new owner's expense.
The main structure is approximately 43' x 60' and on pier and beam, making it easier to move. There is another portion on pier and beam available if interested. Part of the structure was bricked in 1977 which means there's likely wood siding underneath if the brick were to be removed. Water and gas have already been cut off, but power is still hooked up. If anyone is interested, it can be viewed by appointment only.
Contact FBC Dublin Office at (254) 445-2435 to schedule an appointment.

Tri-Rivers Baptist Area is partnering with Restoration Advocates, Inc. as we continue to minister to victims of Domestic Violence.
Restoration Advocates exists to provide the care and support necessary for women, and their dependent children, who are victims of domestic violence and other dangers that place them at risk of life or physical harm and/or deprive them of their overall safety and sense of well-being. Our mission is for every woman in an unsafe home to have the confidence, as well as the resources, to independently support herself and her children.
To that end, we have established a safe haven called Restoration Place, where survivors of family violence can live in safety as they restore their lives to health and happiness. Restoration Place provides emergency housing for women and children in crisis and we also offer transitional housing for a period of up to two years if that is needed for the family to be fully independent and self-supporting.
