Action Alert! Important

Missouri Amendment 3 Update

On Friday, September 6, Cole County Circuit Judge Christopher Limbaugh ruled that the pro-abortion initiative petition failed to list what existing laws would be repealed if it passed, as required by Missouri state law. The pro-abortion campaign behind the amendment quickly appealed the ruling.

This case went to the Missouri Supreme Court on Tuesday, September 10, to determine whether Missouri Amendment 3 remains on the November ballot. Please join us in praying the rosary and fasting for Amendment 3 to be removed from the ballot. Please also read Bishop Johnston’s letter regarding this crisis (presented in both English and Spanish).

Thank you for your prayers and critical support. Please view Bishop Johnston's video below for more important information. You can also gain critical insight by viewing the Office of Life and Justice website and the Missouri Catholic Conference website.
