Princeton Administration will celebrate our student-athletes that will participate in the December National Letter of Intent signing day on Wednesday, December 21st, at 10:00 AM. The celebration will be held in the Princeton High School Viking Room.

Solè Williams scores 1,000

career points

Senior guard Solè Williams became the 12th player at Princeton to score 1,000 career points or more during their high school basketball career.

Solè Williams entered her senior season with 896 career points and scored her 1,000th point in the team’s 65-63 win against Panther Creek High School (N.C.) in the She Got Game Classic in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, December 10th.

Williams finished the game scoring 23 points.

The first-team All-Ohio selection from last season reached 1,000 career points in just 56 games.

Coach Dee Davis says that “Solè Williams has achieved in 3 years what most people won’t experience in 4 years of high school basketball.” She missed an entire season due to injury and has “come back in full force while turning the heads of many,” explained Davis.

Solè will continue her academic and basketball career at Texas A&M next season.

Coach Andre Parker Wins Paul Brown Excellence in Coaching Award

from the Bengals!

Andre Parker, the head football coach at Princeton High School, is the 2022 season winner of the Paul Brown Excellence in Coaching Award.

The Paul Brown Excellence in Coaching Award has been given annually by the Bengals since 2002. It honors outstanding high school football coaches in the region and includes a $10,000 Bengals donation to Princeton High School’s athletic department. The Bengals honored Parker with an on-field recognition during Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns.

In addition to receiving the Paul Brown Excellence in Coaching Award, Parker will be the Bengals’ nominee for the Don Shula NFL High School Football Coach of the Year Award. The NFL’s Don Shula NFL High School Coach of the Year award honors high school football coaches that demonstrate the integrity, achievement, and leadership exemplified by the winningest coach in NFL history, Don Shula.  Each of the 32 NFL clubs nominates a coach from their respective market.

Parker will begin his third season at the helm of the Princeton football program. Over the past two seasons, Princeton has a 20-5 overall record. In 2021, Parker was named the Week 5 Bengals Coach of the Week and the Southwest Ohio All-District Coach of the Year. In his first season, the Vikings made a Regional Semi-Final Appearance. This fall, Princeton finished the season with a 9-3 overall record.

The Vikings had tremendous team and individual success. The Greater Miami Conference recognized 15 players on their all-conference list. Princeton ranked atop many major statistical categories, including allowing the fewest yards per game (187.3).
