Mike Byrd (Left) after purchasing his gyro was able to bring it in to Viking to make sure everything was perfect and to get the max performance out of his engine. 480 lbs. of thrust when complete.

When John Robinson , a quadriplegic sport pilot, contacted us some time ago, he was building a Zenith CH-750 Cruzer aircraft. He was in need of an engine so Viking decided to donate one.

John built the aircraft and installed the engine with the help of members of EAA Chapter 1083

Two of those members, Tom Neal and Lewis Brown, already being Viking 130 owners, made the program accelerate and demonstrated the benefits of a Viking community and support.
