A VIKING QUICK INSTALLATION PACKAGE

With the purchase of a Viking 130 engine for a Zenith 601 / 650 or 750 series, Viking will offer a 20% discount on our newly developed Quick Engine Installation Kit for these aircraft models. (QEIK) You purchase the engine and firewall package at normal pricing, then add the Quick Engine Installation Kit for $2,500 (Less your 20% Black Friday coupon)

Just like Zenith offers a quick built kit, Viking also offers a fast to install engine option. From watching our installation videos on YouTube, you know that there is some work to be done between the engines arrival at your shop and the first flight. Viking now makes this an easy transition by taking this option.

Single or dual throttles fitted Coolant hoses to the radiator are pre-made and installed Engine grounding cables are pre-made and attached to the engine Starter cable is made and installed Switches, relays, circuit breakers are installed and wired per your choice of a panel mount or console mounted setup Alternator is wired and ready to go Air filter is installed Viking view sensors / instrument and wiring all done if ordered Starter switch wiring complete Heater hoses attached to engine and ready for the heater Heater switch wired to terminal strip Gearbox vent bottle and coolant overflow bottles pre-installed Batteries mounted to supplied -behind instrument panel shelf Battery contactors mounted and wired - including diode ECU wires attached to terminal strips ECU rubber mounted to battery tray Starter relay installed and wired Positive and negative power BUS bars installed and wired to batteries Includes the vertical header tank attach tube and also x-brace Pre-install radiator to engine if "under engine" radiator system is used or, Pre-build belly mounted radiator to its shroud for easy 6 bolt-up installation Installation of the exhaust system Install the engine mount to the engine Engine fuel hose installed
