Welcoming Our New Leadership: President Clint Weber & Principal Susan LoCoco

Nolan Catholic High School is blessed with dedicated leaders who bring a wealth of experience, deep faith, and a commitment to our mission of Education in FAITH, Formation in HOPE, and Perseverance in CHARITY.

President Clint Weber

Born in Honolulu, HI, Clint Weber has lived a life of service and leadership. A 1998 graduate of Texas A&M University, he was commissioned as a 2nd Lt. in the United States Marine Corps, where he served 16 years on active duty, flying over 2,000 hours in tactical jet fighters and deploying six times to Iraq and Southeast Asia. Following his military career, Clint earned his MBA from TCU’s Neeley School of Business and worked at Corbett Capital before being recruited to serve as President and CEO of the Advancement Foundation for the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth. In 2025, Clint was appointed President of Nolan Catholic High School. He and his wife Heather are members of St. Andrew Catholic Church, and their daughter Betsy is a proud Nolan alumna. Clint’s vision as President is to support the Principal, faculty, and staff in advancing Nolan Catholic’s mission and fostering excellence in all areas of school life.

Principal Susan LoCoco

With over two decades of service to the Diocese of Fort Worth and deep ties to Nolan Catholic, Susan LoCoco brings both academic expertise and heartfelt dedication to her role as Principal. She earned her degree in Economics and an MBA from the University of Dallas, has taught at both the public school and college levels, and has served at Nolan as Math Department Chair, where she was named Teacher of the Year by her peers. Susan and her husband Sal, Chair of the OB/GYN Department at Texas Tech School of Medicine, have been married for nearly 43 years and are blessed with five children and multiple grandchildren across Texas, St. Louis, and Atlanta. A parishioner of St. Andrew Catholic Church, Susan is humbled to lead Nolan Catholic alongside a committed faculty, visionary President, and remarkable students.

Together, President Weber and Principal LoCoco bring strong leadership, faith-filled vision, and a shared commitment to ensuring Nolan Catholic thrives today and for generations to come.
