The Village would like to congratulate Steve Swenson, Public Works, for his 33-years of service to the Village. Steve has announced his retirement and his last day with the Village will be on Thursday, May 8th.

Additionally, Thomas Hunstinger, Public Works, has announced his resignation effective May 23rd as he has chosen to pursue post-secondary education at UW-Platteville this fall.

Losing two Public Works employees in a 2 week span will place a strain on the department. Please be patient as projects may take more time to complete. The Village has advertised the vacancies on the website.

Memberships can now be purchased at the Village Hall. Stop by during business hours,

Mon - Thu 7:30a - 4:00p and Fri 7:30a - 12p to complete the form and make payment.

Fee Information

Liquor Licenses Renewals

The Village will be reviewing new and renewal liquor licenses at the June 10th, Village Board meeting.

All establishments will receive applications within the next few days and shall be returned by Thursday, May 15th at the Village Hall.

Community Garage Sale

Congratulations Angie Volkman

On Saturday, May 3rd, Angie will celebrate her 4th work anniversary with the Village as the Clerk/Treasurer.

Angie does a tremendous job compiling all the necessary information for Village meetings, processing licenses, and ensuring elections are run appropriately, among many other tasks.

Be sure to congratulate her if you see her at the Village Hall.

Free Music Friday

The Mazo Music Conservancy hosts a free concert the first Friday each month at the Community Building. Doors open at 5:30pm.

American Players Theater Tickets

Beginning April 28, the Library will have vouchers for free tickets to select APT performances this season. A limited number of free tickets are available to Mazomanie Library card holders. Call or stop by the library for more details. This program is sponsored by Dane County Public Libraries & American Players Theater.

Memorial Day - Closure -

The library will be closed Saturday, May 24th and Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day. Remember and Honor those who have served.

Join us for the 3rd Annual Bike Rodeo

Saturday, May 17th, from 9:00am - 11:00am at the Village Hall. The program is designed to promote safe riding habits and skills for young riders. All ages are welcome.

There will be opportunity to win a free bike.
