You can find more information here: https://www.wfbvillage.gov/178/Assessors-Office | | Moody's Ratings affirms Aa1 bond rating | | The Village of Whitefish Bay is proud to share that Moody’s Ratings has affirmed the Village’s Aa1 bond rating, the second-highest rating a community can receive. This designation signals to investors that the Village is in excellent financial health, supported by a strong local economy, stable finances, and a consistent track record of responsible budgeting. For residents, an Aa1 rating means the Village is viewed as a very low-risk borrower, which helps keep interest costs lower when funding public projects. The Aa1 rating reflects careful financial management and positions Whitefish Bay to continue delivering high-quality services to the community. | | 2025 Annual Water Quality Report | | |
The North Shore Water Commission publishes a water quality report annually for residents to understand what's in your drinking water and how to obtain additional information. You can find the latest report on the Village's website here.

In 1962, President Kennedy designated May 15 as National Peace Officers Memorial Day and the week in which it falls as National Police Week. Established through a joint resolution of Congress, National Police Week honors the law enforcement officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to protecting the safety and well-being of others.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the men and women of the Whitefish Bay Police Department for their service, dedication, and commitment to the Village of Whitefish Bay.
| | The crack sealing annual maintenance of Village streets will be wrapping up this weekend. Crack sealing is a valuable practice for preventative maintenance because it extends the useful life of the pavement by reducing the intrusion of water during the freeze and thaw cycle each winter. The crack sealing team will be completing the segment of Lake Drive, between E Henry Clay Street and E Glendale Avenue, this Saturday or Sunday weather pending. | | | Police Department Updates: | | |

Parent/Community Representation Sought for Human Growth and Development Advisory Committee
Our district evaluates and improves every curricular subject area on a seven-year cycle through the work of curriculum review committees. Beginning in fall 2026, the Whitefish Bay School District’s Human Growth and Development (HGD) program will be reviewed. Wisconsin Statutes sec. 118.019(5) requires school districts that offer HGD to have an advisory committee appointed by the school board and composed of parents, teachers, school administrators, pupils, health care professionals, members of the clergy and other residents of the school district. The advisory committee’s role is to advise the school board on the design and implementation of the human
growth and development curriculum and to review the curriculum. Click to Learn More.

Prairie Smoke (Geum Triflorum) is the only visible blossom at Silver Spring Park right now. It's an early bloomer with some of the most unique flowers of the season. On pink stems, it sports nodding blooms that transform into upright soft, wispy plumes. This low-growing plant seems to be one of the few that garden bunnies avoid!
We're entering into beautiful blooming season and invite you to visit the native gardens that Whitefish Bay Garden Club established and maintains at Klode Park, Cahill Park and Silver Spring Park for the community's pleasure.
