Recycling Center Special Hours
The Recycling Center at 4035 Mueller Rd. will be open to Windsor Residents on Monday, December 20, 2021 from 8 am to 4 pm for brush drop-off only. This is in response to the high winds that generated downed tree limbs and branches.

The next time both Windsor Recycling Centers will be open is Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 8 am to 4 pm.
2022 Christmas Tree Collection
Christmas trees will be collected curbside the week of January 3-7 & January 17-21. Trees should be placed curbside by 7 am on the first day of collection. All lights, wires and ornaments must be removed.

Christmas trees will also be accepted at the Mueller Rd. Recycling Center location.
Holiday Hour Reminders
The Windsor Municipal Building will be closed the below dates due to holidays:
  • Friday, December 24, 2021
  • Monday, December 27, 2021
  • Friday, December 31, 2021

The Windsor Recycling Centers have moved into winter hours and are typically open the first Saturday of the month December thru February. However, because the first Saturday of the month for January 2022 is a holiday, the Recycling Centers will be open Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 8 am to 4 pm.
