Windsor Featured in Discover Wisconsin Episode

We’re excited to share that one of Discover Wisconsin's recent episodes showcase some of the places, people and experiences that make the Windsor, DeForest and Vienna communities a great place! 

In Windsor, local gathering spots showcased include Windsor Breads, Bakery and Coffeehouse, Lake Windsor Country Club, Mousehouse Cheesehaus, and The Windsor. 

We love seeing our community featured and having the opportunity to share what makes Windsor special with viewers across Wisconsin and beyond. 

In-Person Absentee Voting

Begins Tuesday, October 20

Location: Windsor Municipal Building, 4430 Windsor Rd., Clerk's Office

Voting Hours:

Tuesday, October 20 – Friday, October 23: 8 AM – 5 PM

Saturday, October 24: 9 AM – Noon

Monday, October 26 – Friday, October 30: 8 AM – 5 PM

Note: There is no In-Person Absentee Voting on Monday, November 2.

November 3 General Election

All Village of Windsor residents vote at the Windsor Municipal Building, 4430 Windsor Road, WI 53598

• Wards 1-5: Residents who previosly voted at the old Windsor Municipal Building on Mueller Road will vote on the 1st floor.  
• Wards 6-10: Residents who previosly voted at Lake Windsor Country Club will vote on the 2nd floor.

Polls are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

If you are registering on Election Day, don't forget to bring your proof of residence document. A list of acceptable documents is available at the

Wisconsin Election Commission website.

Park Shelters Update

Park shelter rental for the 2026 has ended and the restrooms are now closed.



The Village will begin accepting shelter rental reservations for the 2027 season starting January 1, 2027. The restrooms will reopen in April 2027.
