Starting March 1st, you’ll see some new faces around the Villages.
Based on your input and feedback, we are pleased to introduce your new landscape company Redword Landscape.
The Villages Landscape Committee has recommended a number of changes that have been approved by your HOA Board, including a new landscaping vendor for The Villages. This hardworking group of community volunteers identified areas of concern, incorporated community input into the following recommendations:
- Hire a landscape company that will be at the Villages on a daily basis.
- Use best practices to improve watering techniques in order to increase efficiency and stewardship of water resources.
- Hire a vendor that will be on-site, 5- days per week, to repair and troubleshoot areas of concern.
- Recommend and implement care and seeding protocols for turf areas.
- Explore options in the addition to natural grass turf for the Villages.
The Villages Committee welcomes your participation. We are currently seeking additional committee members to join the Villages Landscape Committee. If you are interested, please contact Angie (

The Committee currently meets approximately once per month at RMRCC. All Villages residents are welcome to attend. To encourage participation by everyone, the meeting time is now scheduled at 4:00pm on the fourth Tuesday of every month, starting on March 29th.
We also invite you to come meet your Villages Landscape Committee and to introduce Ryan Orosco, President of Redword Landscape on Tuesday, March 29th at 4:00 pm on the Players’ Grill Patio at RMRCC. We hope to see and hear from you soon!
