Transition To Adult Healthcare Workshops
Is your child 14 or older? If so, this might be the training for you and your child. P2P, in partnership with the Department of Public Health, will be presenting statewide trainings for both parents and youth (there will be a youth trainer too!) on Transition to Adult Healthcare. For more information, click here.
