Proposed Bicycle and Walking Path Update

Our petition in opposition to the proposed bike/walking path route through The Vines has been responded to by Jon McLain, Estero Vice Mayor and Allan Bowditch, ECCL Chief Communication's Officer.  Both have acknowledged our concerns and expressed willingness to work with us to address them.

The VCA and Estero Country Club are in the process of creating a joint committee to represent our interests and provide consistent and aggressive opposition to the proposed route through our community and golf course.

Pool Renovations

Please remember that pool renovations require submission of an ARC form and prior approval!

Proper disposal of pool water to avoid flooding is essential. Owners will be responsible for any damage caused by flooding.

Discuss the discharge plan with your contractor in advance to avoid flooding, vegetation damage and fines.

Pool water discharge into waterways and sanitary sewers is prohibited by Florida code. Pools cannot be drained onto driveways or streets.

Discharge pools onto lawns or driveways only.

Move the discharge hose frequently to avoid flooding and damage to vegetation.

Discharge water of several days to avoid flooding.

Clean Machine Car Wash

Construction continues on the carwash with the building exterior nearly compete. Although the grass areas on the entrance islands have been expanded to improve sight lines please watch for trucks entering and exiting the construction site.
