Chateau Montelena Dinner | April 26

Join us at Hoffman Haus as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of "Le Jugement de Paris," where Napa Valley was crowned as a new-world leader in wine.

Enjoy a three course menu prepared by Chef JC Balek of Alla Campagna, artfully designed to compliment a side-by-side pairing of Chateau Montelena's 2011 and 2022 Estate Cabernet Sauvignons.

Hill Country Tasting | May 8 - 9

Find us in the main lobby at La Cantera Resort & Spa in San Antonio for a complimentary tasting of hand-picked Hill Country wines.

From 2pm-5pm, we'll be joined by local artisans for a lively reception celebrating Texas craftsmanship.

All wines in the tasting selection will be available for purchase. We encourage you to grab a glass (or a bottle) of your favorite— there's no better pairing than a little retail therapy.

Founder of VinoCadre, Advanced Sommelier

Andre is here to welcome you into his world with open arms. Raised by European parents in the Napa Valley, Andre has long embraced the art of wine as a natural pleasure of living well.

That early appreciation soon evolved into a determined pursuit to carve out his place within the industry. He worked from the ground up. Andre's dedication and passion for viniculture were obvious from the start, yielding organic connections across Napa-Sonoma's booming wine sector. After finding success as a brand development leader, Andre decided it was time to branch out on his own. Thus, VinoCadre was born, launching in Saint Helena, California in 2015.

Andre expanded the innovative alliance of wine specialists to Fredericksburg, Texas in 2020. Enamored by the charm and hospitality of the Texas Hill Country, Andre quickly began to call this town home. Initially drawn to this burgeoning hub for fine wine as a business consultant, he has shaped VinoCadre to serve both the local community and visiting guests with equal care and sophistication.

When Andre isn't acting as consultant or host, you're still likely to spot him around town with a glass in hand. As an advanced sommelier certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, Andre serves as a judge in international wine competitions and writes freelance for specialized wine publications. You can also visit Andre at Six Twists, the Main Street sparkling wine lounge he co-founded with Bobby and Melissa Humphries. But no matter where you find him, you're guaranteed to be greeted by a bright smile and notorious generosity.

For Andre, the finest pairing for exceptional wine is the company it's shared with.

VinoCadre’s "Atelier du Vin" is coming to Main Street! In French, "atelier" describes a master's studio or workshop. Marrying this concept with "vin," we've designed a multi-functional space inspired by the artistry and craftsmanship of wine.

Our contemporary headquarters will be located above the Peach Basket at 334 W. Main St. Renovations are under way, so keep an eye out for our opening date soon. We hope you'll feel that the workshop is as much yours as it is ours. We can’t wait to welcome you!
