Hey, who says Viper sailors can't be spontaneous?
After a bit of head scratching and review of various options, it has been decided that the 2015 Viper 640 Canadian Championship will be held at Sarnia Yacht Club the weekend of August 29-30. This regatta has also been designated as the
Canadian Qualifier for the EFG Viper 640 Pan-American Championship.
Sure, that's just a few weeks away, but as noted earlier, Viper sailors can be spontaneous!
Nothing planned that weekend? Well, get your Viper back on its trailer and get it out to Sarnia, Ontario for a weekend of great racing.
Darren Gilbert tells of crystal blue waters, solid steady breezes, and sailing in otherwise ideal conditions.
Nine boats already registered...and there's room for a lot more:
#1 - Viper 29, Black Sheep
#2 - Viper 165, Average Joes
#3 - Viper 194, Preflight
#4 - Viper 235, Jackpot
#5 - Viper 57, Medusa
