Register today for the VSBA Superintendent Evaluation Workshop on October 3, 2023. This workshop is designed to provide small group support to superintendents and board members responsible for assessing and updating their evaluation model. Participants will have the opportunity to review the guidelines in detail and then use them as they draft their own models. Individual consultation and support will be available throughout the session as participants work on their revisions.

Attendees will learn the basics of Title IX, best practices regarding Title IX policies, and recent case law relating to sexual harassment of students, gender discrimination, and employee training requirements. Sands Anderson presenter, Nicole Cheuk, will also provide the required training for Investigators and Decision-Makers as well as provide board members with an understanding of those roles.
