Winchester School Board completes transition to elected body | WINCHESTER - Starting Jan. 1, for the first time ever, every member of the Winchester School Board will be an elected official. School Board approves bonuses for Botetourt County Public Schools employees | BOTETOURT COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) - Bonuses are coming to all Botetourt County Public Schools employees.
