ANNOUNCES NEW CHAIR AND BOARD

One team. One community. Equipping Voters of Faith.


(Herndon, VA) – Virginia Faith & Freedom Coalition (VAFFC), a 501(c)4 statewide conservative grassroots movement of people of faith, announced today the selection of Jack White, Esq. as Chair of the organization and the election of Ron Wright and Caleb Max to the Board of Directors.  They will join with Aliscia Andrews on the Board whom will remain as Chair Emeritus of Virginia Faith & Freedom Coalition.


Mr. White, a distinguished lawyer and former law clerk at the United States Supreme Court, is a partner in the Tysons and Washington DC law offices of McGuireWoods LLC. He is also an ordained pastor and began his spiritual leadership at the early age of thirteen. A United States Military Academy graduate and U.S. Army Veteran, Mr. White follows in the footsteps of his father, an attorney and former pastor in Los Angeles.


“As Governor Youngkin frequently emphasizes, people of faith need to actively participate in policy discussions,” stated the new Chair.  “The Virginia Faith & Freedom Coalition is dedicated to educating, equipping and mobilizing voters of faith on public policy issues in the Commonwealth. I am honored to join the organization that on the state and national level has been a leader of time-honored values, stronger families and individual freedoms by engaging with millions of voters across the country every election cycle.”

 

Joining Jack White on the VAFFC Board will be Ron Wright, President/CEO of JNetDirect Incorporated, a software company based in Herndon, Virginia. Mr. Wright serves on the governing body of the Republican Party of Virginia and is the Chair of its’ Budget Committee.  He has been appointed Treasurer of the Virginia Faith & Freedom Coalition.


The third new member of the Board and appointed Secretary is Caleb Max, Co-Founder of the Athenai Institute. Athenai is dedicated to removing Chinese Communist Party influence 

(Confucius Institutes and investments) on our college campuses.  Mr. Max ran for the U.S. House of Representatives in 2022 and is a strong advocate for human rights and religious freedom, a dedication he inherited from his grandfather, former Congressman Frank Wolf.  


The three new members join Ms. Aliscia Andrews, Deputy Secretary of Virginia’s Department of Homeland Security and a former congressional candidate in leading the organization.  Ms. Andrews stepped down as Chair of Virginia Faith & Freedom Board and will remain as the Coalition’s Chair Emeritus.
