Dear fellow pool members,

Hello this is Jeff and I hope you have found my last messages informative. We are getting closer to the opening of the pool and have a couple of work weekends coming up as well as other pool news and information.
Board News:

We held our Fourth Board meeting of 2018 and we are on track for our pool open.

We have had many members pay their dues and assessment which is helping us to open the pool.

We have had a great response to our early payment incentive programs and I thank all of you who have paid your dues and assessment.

Fore those who have not yet paid your dues and assessment please be aware that the deadline is fast approaching (May 5th) and once passed late fees will be added.

Also, please keep in mind that we are a voluntary board and we do this because the pool is such a special place. If any of you are interested in joining the board, attending a board meeting, or just have a question please let me know
Work Weekends:

There will be two work weekends (4 days) coming up Saturday the 5th and Sunday the 6th and if needed Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th .

Work days are a time when you can come out and help your fellow pool members get the pool in shape for opening.

The jobs that we will need help with are as follows:
  • Installing our Shade structure covers
  • Unloading chairs and placing them on the deck
  • Cleaning chairs
  • Bath house floor painting
  • Bath house floor assembly
  • Replacing the rope fence along the deck and walkways
  • Power washing
  • Upper deck set up and clean up
  • Bath house cleaning

I know there are some of you that will be disappointed to hear but the playground mulch is going to be refreshed by our landscaper this year :)

All of theses jobs can be done by anyone with a little guidance which we will offer.

Please come out and help your pool while reconnecting with your pool friends.
