22.19 The parties will allow all units (self-scheduling and those using a master schedule) to self-schedule for the weeks in which Thanksgiving, Christmas (eve and day), and New Year’s (eve and day) fall, with the understanding that the employees will attempt to eliminate or limit the number of employees who work both the eve and holiday for each of these holidays. If the employees in any unit using a master schedule cannot agree upon a schedule for each of these weeks, the scheduling shall revert to the master schedule.
