Online Registration Platform Now Open
NTCA and the 2020 National TB Conference (NTC) planning committee members are pleased to announce that the online registration platform for the Virtual 2020 National TB Conference is now open. From this site, you will be able to:

  • View all sessions, including dates for live broadcasts, session descriptions, objectives, presenter photos, and presenter bios
  • Register for the entire virtual conference (most economical) or register for individual sessions of greatest interest to you
  • Pay for registration by credit card or receive an invoice for payment by check or ACH deposit
  • Return to the same platform for joining the live broadcast or accessing recorded sessions within one week of broadcast (and receive continuing education (CE) credits, if desired); recordings and CE credits available for one year

NTCA has partnered with BlueSky Path Learning Management System (LMS™) as the online platform for the Virtual 2020 NTC. BlueSky is an award-winning, internationally-recognized learning management system LMS™ with powerful cloud-based learning solutions for associations, corporations, and agencies. BlueSky/Path was built for online educators and has meeting and virtual learning capabilities, as well as an integrated e-Merchant interface.
BlueSky may be familiar to many conference participants as NTCA has utilized BlueSky for webinars sponsored by the nurses’ section, the National Tuberculosis Nurses Coalition (NTNC).

If you have not participated in one of the NTNC nurse case management webinars, using the BlueSky platform, you will first need to create an account in the BlueSky Path LMS™ before registering for the conference. Creating an account is easy and takes very little time! Instructions for creating an account are provided on the registration landing page accessible at the link below.
Flexible Registration Payment Options
We recognize that not all of our conference participants will be able to register and pay using a credit card. The BlueSky Path LMS™ Platform provides the opportunity to receive an invoice for payment, with instructions on where to submit a check or ACH deposit payment.

We also understand that some organizations may be able to pay with a credit card but prefer to pay for multiple registrations with one credit card, or check, payment. If this is your organization’s preference, please register for the conference and submit all invoices to the appropriate fiscal administrator at your agency. Once the invoices are received, and the total number of registrations for which your organization is paying is known, you may call the NTCA office (678-503-0503) to make a credit card payment over the phone or email and one of the NTCA staff will reach out to secure the payment. If paying by ACH deposit, please call the NTCA office for instructions on how best to process the payment.

Continuing Education Credits
NTCA has partnered with the University of New Mexico’s School of Medicine’s Office of Continuing Medical Education and the Eastern New Mexico University’s for continuing education (CE) credits for the Virtual 2020 NTC. In addition to credits for the live broadcast, these accredited providers have also approved enduring materials credit. If you cannot attend on the original broadcast dates, video recordings of the session will be available for enduring credits for up to a year. Further, after completing sessions, your registration will grant you access to the recordings for a year, to review and revisit the content.

We hope these accommodations provide our participants with the reassurance that content will remain accessible and resemble an on-demand learning environment and that this increased flexibility will encourage broad participation in this year’s virtual TB conference.
