How Do I Place a Bid?

You can bid online from your computer
or on the go from your mobile device.

To place a bid, click on the item you are interested in and you will see more
details about the item.

You see all the detailed information about the item including, current high bid, next bid amount requirement, and time left for bidding.

If you are OUTBID, you will receive an e-mail and text message with a link back to the item to increase your bid. There is no need to add any cents. All bids are placed in whole numbers.
To cancel or remove a bid
("I placed a bid by mistake.")

For Bidders: If you placed a bid and need it removed, you will need to contact the Auction Organizer to remove the bid. From the Auction main page, click Help at the top of the auction page and select "Contact Auction Organizer".

I want to see what items
I’m currently winning

To see all the items you are have placed bids, watching, or winning, log into your bidder account. From there click on "My Bid History" in the left navigation.

This page will be your portal to see your items activity, see auctions you have visited and view/pay for any invoices for items you have won.

Outbid and Winning Bid Notifications
(How will I be notified when I win?)

Bidders will receive an outbid e-mail and text message whenever they are outbid. Each notification will have links directly back to the item they were out bid on.

When a bidder wins an item they will be sent both a text and e-mail congratulating them on winning the item with link to pay their invoice.
How to bid on multiples
of the same item
(if multiples are available)

You can bid for multiples of the same item if it’s stated there is more than one in quantity. You can bid the same price on multiples of the same item as long as your bids are in the top of the bidding history for that item. For example, if only three seats in the event below were available or bid the top three bids will win.
In the following example, two of the top three bids (shown below as 18FCEC) are won by the same bidder at the same bidding price.
If you have any other questions, let us know by
e-mail at info@asuuc.net. Hope this information helps. And bid early... bid often.
