The 2nd Episode of our Virtual Board Coaching Series will delve into: Technology in the Times of the Coronavirus with Chong Chye Neo.

She currently serves as an Independent Director of Bursa Malaysia (KLSE) and Hong Leong Financial Group. Furthermore, she was also appointed to Talent Compact 4.0 as part of an advisory panel in response to the impact of Industry Revolution 4.0 and the implication to the future of work.

Women In Leadership (WIL) 2020

Due to the current movement control order, we have adapted our Women in Leadership programme to include a few virtual sessions.

This means that our induction will go on as planned - VIRTUALLY! We are also excited to announce that we have included an online group mentoring session to allow our delegates the chance to meet and network with a few of our established mentors. Additionally, we will be running our group coaching session online as well! We are excited to kick start this programme in one week as we believe that this would be a great opportunity for our high potential women leaders to truly reflect on their leadership journey as we navigate these challenging times.
We would like to thank our LeadWomen community and clients for supporting the programme and its changes as we take these unprecedented times as an opportunity to be innovative and creative in our training delivery!

The information we receive will be analyzed and presented at our LeadWomen Conference this year titled It'sNotOK?! 2.0

There is also an option to run this as an in-house survey for individual organizations. Please contact if interested.
