We graciously thank our sponsors of Boston Cars & Coffee

A special thanks to everyone who participated in our first-ever at-home edition of Boston Cars & Coffee. We were so thrilled that our community was able to join together in solidarity over a passion that unites us all.

With a reach of almost 10,000 people, 500 participants, and over 150 different cars, we proved that being at home doesn’t mean that we still can’t share our love for cars over a cup of coffee. The event attracted everything and most importantly EVERYONE from Dirk Borrowes and his meticulously restored 1929 Rover Weymann Fabric Bodied Saloon to Kelli Bentinck-Smith and her breathtaking and stealthy 2005 Ford GT, with a whole, whole lot of everything in between!

When the event was over, one participant eagerly asked, “So, who won?” A perfect response came from a fellow participant saying, “We all did. All great cars and sharing the same passion.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.

Nevertheless, we did promise winners in People’s Choice and Museum’s Choice. A big congratulations to all of the winners and also to everyone who braved the snow on Saturday and embraced the sun on Sunday to participate in our Virtual Cars & Coffee.
People’s Choice
Mark and Lisa Stira and their 1956 Chevy 3100 Pickup
“Mark and Lisa Stira from Wilmington MA here. This is my 1956 Chevy 3100 pickup. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. The prop keys are hanging off of the side view mirror. Hope they are visible enough, although the snow should prove this is current, at least for us on the north shore.

It has power steering, power brakes, power windows and AC. It is running a fuel injected, 450 hp 350 Chevy roller motor. Fully independent coil over front suspension with CalTrak bars out back.

It also features 4 wheel Wilwood disc brakes as well as full custom interior.
I just got it back from the detail shop yesterday and today took it out in the snow.

My wife was right.....it didn’t melt. ”
Museum’s Choice • 1st Place
Butch Rosales and his 1960 VW Bus “Kombi”

“1960 VW bus. First of all we were both born in the same year. Growing up, our family had a 1965 VW bus for a family car we called “Kombi”. A lot of memories with that kombi. I learned how to drive in kombi. Today my wife wants to drive this bus and go camping with the kids. Time to get busy and get it ready. Thanks Sheldon for doing this.”

Museum’s Choice • 2nd Place
Bill Hawe and his Porsche 962
“This Porsche has an ignition key and door key.
Happy Spring everyone. Stay safe!"

Museum’s Choice • 3rd Place
Brian Lenox and his 1950 Chopped Mercury

“Thanks Larz Anderson for this event! Here is the Fred Steele 1950 Chopped Mercury. Happy hot rodding!!”
