ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Cindy Conti

HR Consultant, Vancouver Coast and Mountains


Cindy began her career in the hospitality industry over 20 years ago. She progressed through various operational roles in Hotels, Ski, and Resorts prior to shifting her career to Human Resources. She has spent time working in both Vancouver and Whistler, BC. Prior to joining go2HR in October 2021, Cindy held the role of Director, Corporate Talent & Culture at the Accor Corporate Offices in Toronto where she managed the HR function for Corporate employees across Canada and the United States.


She holds over 15 years of progressive human resources management experience where she has provided strategic direction on human resources, talent management, and organizational effectiveness to all levels of management in the Tourism & Hospitality industry.


Based in Vancouver, Cindy holds a BA in English language and literature from UBC, and the CPHR Professional designation in Human Resources.
