Dr. George Brooks, Jr., considered among the premier African American pioneers in sustainable food production involving aquaculture and aquaponics, is a leading expert in the field of Aquaculture and has been a proponent of sustainable food production issues since the early 1970's. Dr. Brooks has made prolific contributions to the scholarly field of Aquaculture.
