Online Exercise for ALL Abilities
As a service-providing organization, this is a difficult time to offer meaningful activities for the people you support. If those you support are at home seeking ways to stay active and fill their day with healthy activities, please know they are welcome to join SPIRIT Club's online exercise classes! Workout's are universally designed with multiple versions of each exercise, allowing people of ALL ability levels to successfully participate.

Learn more about 2 options we have to offer below:

1. DAILY COMMUNITY CLASSES

Your participants / residents / staff can live-stream daily exercise sessions where they can choose to follow a 1) baseline, 2) seated, or 3) progressed version of each exercise. Class offerings include Fitness, Yoga, Zumba, Boxing, Meditation, and Healthy Cooking! These Community Classes are perfect for those at home with their families who want to add exercise into their daily routines. See our ongoing Community Class schedule HERE .

2. PRIVATE INTERACTIVE CLASSES

Your organization can work with SPIRIT Club to create a recurring private virtual class as a part of your program offerings. Participants / residents / staff will receive an interactive experience where each person can leave their mic and camera on, allowing everyone to see, hear and interact with each other. Interactive classes also allow participants the opportunity to lead exercises for the group by having their screen spotlighted! These Private Interactive Classes are perfect for agencies/organizations/schools looking for healthy activities that will allow their participants to exercise and see friendly, familiar faces from the comfort and safety of their own homes. 

Classes are designed and led by NCCA certified Fitness Trainers who are also certified in MANDT through the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration.
