Virtual Meeting 11.30.22 for clients and members

The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing is hosting a virtual meeting on Wednesday, November 30 from 9:00 am- 11:30 a.m. regarding important policy updates for Case Management Redesign (CMRD).


They invite all individuals accessing Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) through the following Medicaid waivers: Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Supportive Living Services, Children’s Extensive Support Services and Children’s Habilitation Residential Program. This also includes individuals who may be accessing the State Supported Living Services and the Family Support Services Program.  


This is a statewide public meeting to provide updates to stakeholders on all aspects of CMRD and policy updates. All interested stakeholders are welcome.

Case Management Redesign refers to several initiatives that will help make accessing long-term services and supports easier by changing case management agencies to serve all HCBS waivers so people have one place to go, making sure there are the right number of case management agencies in Colorado, and increasing the quality of case management services.
