Peanut Butter Pie 
Peanut Butter Pie  
Ingredients: 
1 cup of peanut butter 
1 tub of cool whip 
1 cup white sugar 
1 8 oz of cream cheese 
Graham Cracker Crust 
Chocolate Syrup 
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups 
 
Directions:  
 
Blend all ingredients together and pout into pre-made graham cracker crust. 
Crush Reeses Peanut Butter Cups on top and drizzle with chocolate syrup. 
Can serve cold or frozen (I prefer frozen)

Kathy Sullivan has worked at the Connie Hudson Senior Center for almost 12 years. During her tenure, she has been the smiling, friendly greeter at the front desk. Kathy has made friendships for life by making quality calls and giving the active agers in our community someone to talk to. She is essential to our Senior Programs and Centers.
