Virtual Substance Use Treatment and Support: A-CRA Services
Do you know a teen or young adult who is vaping?
Do you have a family member between the ages of 12 and 24 who uses substances?
Are you worried that your child may be at-risk of future substance use?

CFFS uses virtual face-to-face and telephone platforms to connect with teens and young adults to explore their relationships with substances, identify goals that reinforce healthy habits, and support positive steps to reduce or eliminate substance use. Our clinicians specialize in Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA), an evidence-based person-centered treatment that is tailored to the unique needs of teens and young adults. CFFS clinicians help teens enhance skills like goal setting, problem solving, sobriety sampling, effective communication, and other strategies that promote recovery and a healthy lifestyle.
Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA)
A-CRA is an evidence based treatment and is provided as a one-to-one intervention between the person and an A-CRA certified clinician via video chat or telephone. Once a referral is made, our service coordinators will connect with you or your family to discuss the best fit for your needs. Individual A-CRA can be completed in 14 weeks or can be incorporated as part of a holistic approach to mental and behavioral health needs.
Teen CHATS| connecting for health and treatment for substances
Wednesdays 2:30-3:30
Teen CHATS is a group intervention between an A-CRA certified clinician, an A-CRA trained paraprofessional, and young adults via virtual space. Once a referral is made, group leaders will connect with you or your family to complete enrollment. Groups are confidential, collaborative, and each week is a new topic. Enrolled participants are welcome to join every week or as needed.
