Get a Strong Start to 2021!

Hurry to sign-up for some New Year's Eve family and friends fitness fun! Only $10 per household! You, your family or friends might be short on space, but don't want to be short on healthy movement and fitness ESPECIALLY GOING INTO THE NEW YEAR OF 2021! Don’t let the COVID shutdown slow you down. Let’s pep up your wellness so you can THRIVE in 2021!

This engaging morning fitness fun for the whole family (all ages and ability-levels) that can be done from the safety of your own home. Fun activities and healthy eating tips, brain games, and more provided in our time together. After this fitness/wellness experience, you, your kids, FAMILY MEMBERS/FRIENDS OF ALL AGES might even find yourselves a little more motivated to keep the healthy movement going! Fun holiday and throw-back music that's sure to get you and your family moving and staying in shape at the year's end and beyond! 

Instructor: Leslie K. DuBridge, certified fitness trainer/group fitness instructor and NBME – board certified health and wellness coach. 

*IMPORTANT! Refund Policy: Please choose classes carefully. Because the fees collected pay class contractors due payment, we must limit our refund policy. Credit will only be given if requested at least one week before the first meeting. Refunds shall not be issued.

Current Events with Frank Damon

Doelger Senior Center has been fortunate to have Frank Damon leading both our Current Events and History discussion groups for the last 6 years. During this time of physical distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Frank is sharing his current events discussion topics online. Starting on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 1:30 pm Frank will offer Current Events discussion groups each Monday on ZOOM.  Click on following ZOOM link to join:

Frank received his BA degree from the University of San Francisco with a dual major in Political Science and American History. He also earned his MA in Political Science and teaching credentials at USF. Over the course of his career, Frank taught in the San Mateo Union High School District and at Marin Catholic High School, Terra Nova High School, Golden Gate University, College of San Mateo, Skyline College and Canada College.
