Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) has never been a more vital skillset for children and youth serving professionals . With the anxieties and uncertainties brought on by the COVID-19 crisis, youth-serving professionals must be equipped with the tools necessary to address the rising frequency of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) such as toxic stress, abuse, poverty, etc.

Rainbow Days Training is here to help! We want to know how we can provide you with the workshops and trainings you need NOW.

Curriculum-Based Support Group (CBSG) Training:
Rainbow Days has developed and trademarked curriculum that incorporate SEL principles and practices to be delivered in a peer-to-peer setting and offers specialized training for youth-serving professionals to become certified CBSG Program Facilitators and implement the program with fidelity.

Virtual Workshops:
Rainbow Days offers 40+ professional development workshops throughout the year on topics such as:

Virtual Summer Symposium 2020


Rainbow Days Training is pleased to announce our  3rd Annual Summer Symposium , this year in a virtual format. Join us every Tuesday morning, from 9am-12pm, and Thursday afternoon, from 1pm-4pm, during the month of July as we learn more about important topics facing our communities today!

Cost:  $35 per workshop. You will receive 3 CEs for each completed workshop. Full attendance is required. We are unable to provide partial workshop credit.
CBSG Program Facilitator Training


Kids’ Connection, Youth Connection,  and  Kids’ Connection, Too  (collectively known as the  CBSG ®   Program  ) are unique, interactive, multi-cultural curriculum-based prevention interventions that teach high-risk children and youth ages 4-17 a set of essential life skills: skills to help them learn how to cope with difficult family situations (which include Adverse Childhood Experiences), resist negative peer pressure, set and achieve goals, and refuse alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. 

This training is designed to fully prepare schools, community-based organizations, churches, juvenile justice divisions, volunteers, and other youth service professionals to fully implement the  CBSG Program  with fidelity. 

Those completing this training will receive their choice one of the  CBSG Program  Facilitator manuals:
  • Kids’ Connection for ages 4-12 in Schools and Communities
  • Youth Connection for ages 10-17 in Schools and Communities
  • Kids’ Connection, Too for Ages 4-15 in Homeless & Domestic Violence Shelters, Group Homes & Other Transitional Living Environments
